My design of cakes have a tendency of being taller, defying gravity, with delicious mouth watering flavours from primarily organic, locally sourced and fair trade produce, finishing with natural pigment colours and textured decorations.

Sustainability and being ‘eco friendly’ doesn’t limit your choices, its just a conscious effort of being more environmentally responsible across the whole process of creating your bespoke cake.

I want you to enjoy your celebration cake, knowing that it has been made in the most sustainable way possible and garnished with colours from the use of natural pigments and creative edible garnishes of wafer paper designs, chocolate sails, mini meringues, organic edible flowers and aromatics and natural edible pearls, plus decorative stencil work.

A comprehensive price can only be given once I have discussed with you all the elements of your bespoke cake and the portion size you require ie “party” / “wedding” serving.

Below is a ‘starting price guide’ for a cake finished with a white chocolate ganache, which is then ready to price accordingly to your unique design.

A “party” serving of 1” x 2” x 3.5”

Single tier tall cake 4” (approx 8”+ tall) serves 8-10 from £80

Single tier tall cake 5” (approx 12”+ tall) serves 15 - 20 from £110

2 tier cake: 4”/6” (approx 16”+ tall) serves 45-50 from £360

2 tier cake 4” / 7” (approx 16”+ tall) serves 60-75 from £420

2 tier cake: 5”/7” (approx 16”+ tall) serves 80-90 from £600

3 tier cake: 4”/6”/8” (approx 24”+ tall) serves 150 from £1150

The more decorative the cake design, the more the price will increase as all elements are individually handmade.
