I’m Rebecca, a private chef and designer of luxury bespoke celebration cakes, crafted with artistry, skill, and exceptional attention to detail. Each cake is a one-of-a-kind centrepiece, created to bring an unforgettable wow factor to your wedding, birthday, anniversary, or signature celebration.
My work is rooted in sustainability and refined craftsmanship. I use organic, seasonal and homegrown ingredients wherever possible, pairing delicate sponge layers with indulgent flavoured fillings. Every cake is finished in a refined white-chocolate ganache that becomes my canvas for natural pigments, hand-painted textures, and elegant edible embellishments to compliment your unique design.
Based in the Scottish Borders near Earlston, I create luxury bespoke cakes for clients throughout the Scottish Borders, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Northumberland and Newcastle Upon Tyne. Each order receives personal attention, discreet service, and a commitment to excellence.
